The owners of well-known brand hotel of 489 rooms decided that they wanted to become independent. They hired SJ Marketing to rebrand the hotel and aid in the transition. The goal was to successfully disengage from the old brand, create a new brand that showcased the flexibility and animation of an independent property, minimize the impact of losing brand loyalty members, introduce the new hotel brand creating enough interest to keep occupancy rates from dropping, and develop an independent website & marketing plan. The hotel management and SJ Marketing partnership was extremely successful. Not only did we minimize the impact, but we saw a huge growth in occupancy and revenue year over year.
